Returns and Exchanges Policy
We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 30 days of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5-6 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange – contact@stretchdeckcards.com.
Exchanged items must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Once we receive your exchange and verify its condition, we will ship out the replacement item promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
